Stasis Media provides a range of digital services, including the provision of creative design, application development, server hosting and other IT consultation.

Our trading names include ‘Stasis Media’ and ‘TweetSMS’.

Stasis Media is primarily concerned with bespoke create and consultation services. We also run a number of subsidiaries that offer products and services at fixed prices. A list of those subsidiaries and their price lists are as follows:

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:

Stasis Media does not currently store credit / debit card or other financial details. Any time that Stasis Media requests your financial details, we will do so for the purpose of creating a single transaction, and will ensure that all communication is fully encrypted. Sensitive information of this nature requested via the ‘http’ protocol will only be requested when utilising “Secure Socket Layer” encryption. Stasis Media is primarily concerned with the provision of intangible digital services. In cases where we must provide the physical transfer of tangible assets, we converse with our clients to arrange for the most appropriate delivery methods.

Where Stasis Media must deliver digital services or documents, we will endeavour to transfer the requested items in a timely manner. Where this provision is automated, we will endeavour to deliver the assets immediately, within the business hours of 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday (British Time).

Where Stasis Media must deliver services via a third party, we will only transfer essential information for the purpose of the transfer. We will make clear to you the information that is being transferred, and refer you to the associated privacy policy of the third party

Stasis Media is primarily concerned with the provision of intangible digital services. Where this is the case, it will not be possible to provide a facility for refunds. If you are not happy with the service provided by Stasis Media, please get in touch with your concerns. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, and will refund for services where appropriate. Please contact us at info@stasismedia.com within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the requested product or service to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue, or where possible offer a refund or replacement.
